2002 Chevrolet Silverado P0141 and P0160 O2 Sensor Bank 1 & 2 No Activity - After Replacing All Sensors

My OBDII code reader is showing two fault codes: P0141 (O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 - Heater Performance) and P0160 (O2 Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 2 - Circuit Insufficient Activity). I recently replaced all four oxygen sensors with brand new ones, but the codes persist. This is my only mode of transportation, so any help would be greatly appreciated. What could be causing these issues? Are there specific wiring or sensor installation steps I should check?
