P1296 indicates a cooling system malfunction. P1255 points to a short circuit in the engine coolant temperature sensor circuit. P0304 means there is a misfire detected in cylinder 4. It's recommended to address the P1255 issue first, as it may be affecting overall engine performance and temperature monitoring.

Ensure that the entire circuit connected to the engine coolant temperature sensor is properly tested and checked for continuity or grounding issues. A faulty wiring harness or connection could cause persistent P1255 codes.
