I own a 2001 Mazda Tribute with a V6 engine. Recently, the vehicle has developed a starting issue—sometimes it won't start at all. If it does start, the engine runs briefly at idle before stalling, or if I attempt to accelerate, the car immediately stops. A diagnostic scan revealed fault code P0354.
