2001 Ford Ranger 3.0L P0320

Truck dies after 5 sec of running. Had no communication prior and no crank or start. Replaced the PCM and now the truck starts but dies and has this code. Any ideas?

have you checked the CKP? will your scanner read- manufacturers specific codes and live data? Why did you condem the PCM- just a no start OR did you check system?

the truck didnt recieve the groundsignal for the starter relay.

yes i have checked the ckp. in the process of lab scoping the ckp.
