I got a 2001 Ford Explorer sports Trac 4.0 stupid thing is eating gas like crazy no gas leaks at all or smell. But I got codes P0175 Running to rich also got this code P1506. Checked for vacuum leaks could not find any checked the PVC valve it's good. Also cleaned mass air flow sensor along with EGR valve and new spark plugs, I am lost can't find anything online about the these. HELP PLEASE.
Ok will do also if they fuel pressure is not good what would cause it just in case.
Fuel pressure should be within specs...if not, suspect fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator. It also sets a good base line as to condition of the fuel pump. Fuel pressure leak-down test checks the condition of the injectors. For performing a leak-down test, Google is your friend.

I believe it's in the fuel tank. Have you performed the fuel pressure and leak-down tests yet? You'll need a fuel pressure gauge to do this...there may be a Loaner Program at an auto parts store...also, get the Ford adapter.
