2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Stalls and P0106/P0107 OBD2 Code Diagnosis

Model: 2001 dodge grand caravan Fault Code: P0106 Posted: 2014-07-24 07:02

My 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan starts but immediately stalls. I have already replaced the upstream O2 sensor and the MOP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor, as well as the EGR valve. The vehicle only runs for a short time after starting before shutting off. When I disconnect the battery for 5 to 10 minutes, it starts briefly again but then stalls. I'm seeing OBD2 fault codes P0106 and P0107. I suspect an issue with the MAP sensor signal or wiring. Can anyone provide insight into troubleshooting this? I would also like to know if there are any other related codes or symptoms that might be contributing to this problem.

I need help with this issue—any suggestions for diagnosing the P0106 and P0或7 codes on a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Are there any additional diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) present? Are there other symptoms, such as poor acceleration or engine misfires? To troubleshoot the MAP sensor, you should use a digital voltmeter (DVOM) to check the voltage signal sent from the MAP sensor to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Unplug the MAP sensor and verify that only one wire shows approximately 5 volts—this is critical for proper operation.
