post the codes - random misfire AND specific cylinders are different codes. start with BASICS a misfire can be spark, fuel or mechanical - >is there spark at all cylinders? >check for vacuum leak on that side of engine...old school spray trick will do >How do plugs look wet, dry, black, tan? >with a noid light are the inj pulsing..add a can seafoam or chevron treatment >a compression test.. do not go cheap on parts -

i have seen partially restricted cats cause bank specific misfires.back pressure testing would have to be done to confirm.do you feel misfire?could remove bank 1 02 and see if you notice misfire go away or get less noticeable.

You probably have bad LIFTERS on that side of the cyl. 1.3.5. These lifters usally get stuck and will not let the valve close or open all the way causing a random missfire and some times they tend to free up and runs fine for a while...good luck
