No one suggested blindly replacing both the fuel injector and the PCM — that’s not how diagnostic codes work. Are you still using the original PCM? The P0203 code does not require component replacement as a first step. On a 3.8L engine, cylinder #3 is located on the rear bank, driver's side. As previously noted, all six fuel injectors share a common 12V power supply via the same brown wire. What matters is the ground circuit — the PCM grounds this circuit to activate each injector individually.
