2001 Chevy Blazer P0300 Random Multiple Cylinder Misfire Diagnosis and Repair

My 2001 Chevrolet Blazer previously had a P0410 code, which was repaired successfully. However, it has now developed a P0300 code indicating a random or multiple cylinder misfire. After the engine froze up due to a failed air pump, it thawed and resumed operation, but now I'm hearing noticeable exhaust popping sounds as if unburnt gases are being pushed back into the combustion chamber. The vehicle exhibits intermittent stalling and rough idling. Given that the previous issue was related to the air pump, I'm wondering whether this misfire could be linked to a fuel system problem, ignition component failure, or sensor malfunction. Any advice on where to focus troubleshooting efforts for this P0300 code in a 2001 Blazer would be greatly appreciated.
