P1557 on a 2000 VW Jetta Automatic TDI

I recently purchased this Jetta diesel and the check engine light came on and it reads this code P1557 on this site it says that it means "Charge Pressure Positive Deviation". Does anyone have any idea what it means and/or what it will take to fix it. It appears to be running fine except I do question if the turbo is working. This is the first small car with a diesel I have had. In the past it has always been a truck you could feel when the turbo started. Thanks in advance for your help.

probably best bet would be to seek out a vw specialist in your area or the dealer! VW require pretty specialized scan tool software and special tools!

Check for any boost leaks in the turbo charge pipe. Tight clamps, etc.
