I recently discovered this forum while trying to understand the following diagnostic trouble codes on my wife's 2000 Volvo V40 with a 1.9L turbo engine and automatic transmission: P0101, P0303, P02304, and P0172. The current issue I'm experiencing is difficulty shifting into higher gears when starting from a complete stop.
