The vehicle is throwing multiple diagnostic trouble codes: P0171 (System Too Lean Bank 1), P1151 (O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 Malfunction), P1131 (O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor -1 Malfunction), P0174 (System Too Lean Bank 2), and P0305 (Cylinder 5 Misfire). I'm currently suspecting either a mass airflow (MAF) sensor or an oxygen (O2) sensor fault, but I want to confirm if this is the most likely cause.
