I own a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse V6 and am currently receiving OBD2 diagnostic code P0431 for Bank 2. AutoZone has indicated that the catalytic converter is faulty. I want to confirm whether my vehicle has both front and rear catalytic converters, or only one—specifically the one located in front of the engine. The store mentioned a replacement part for both the front and rear locations. Additionally, I would like to know where the oxygen (O2) sensor is positioned in this model. Any clarification on these components would be greatly appreciated.
