Does a misfire code with two monitors incomplete result in inspection failure? I've reviewed the New York City state requirements and found that for vehicles manufactured before 2001, including the 2000 Mazda MPV, two monitors incomplete (INC) are acceptable. However, this requirement changes at the 2001 model year, where only one monitor INC is allowed. My main concern is specifically about a misfire code on my 2000 Mazda MPV and whether it will lead to inspection failure under these rules.
