2000 Honda CR-V P1399 and P0304 Fault Diagnosis: Sensor Behind Cylinder 4 Near Manifold

I've identified the root cause of my P1399 and P0304 diagnostic codes on my 2000 Honda CR-V. The issue is a sensor or wiring harness located behind the engine, near cylinders 4 and 3. This component has two yellow wires with black stripes and runs underneath the manifold cover. When I gently wiggle this wire assembly, cylinder 4 stops firing, which strongly suggests a loose or intermittent connection. While I'm unable to post images at this time, I will share photos if possible. Can anyone confirm what this sensor is and how to properly diagnose or repair it?
