The vehicle now makes a loud noise originating from the air intake area. Initially, I suspected a burned valve, but recent symptoms point more toward a potential faulty fuel injector. Given that P0272 relates to cylinder 4's contribution imbalance, this could indicate an issue with fuel delivery or combustion in that cylinder.
