2000 Chevy K2500 P0463 Fuel Level Sensor High Voltage Fault Diagnosis

I own a 2000 Chevrolet K2500 4x4 four-door truck, and recently the check engine light came on with diagnostic code P0463 — indicating a high voltage reading from the fuel level sensor. This issue is causing intermittent power loss to my fuel pump, which results in sudden shutdowns during operation. I tested the fuel pump connector with a test light and observed inconsistent power delivery. To troubleshoot, I've already replaced the crankshaft position sensor, oil pressure sensor, fuel pump relay, and fuel pump itself. Despite these changes, the P0463 code persists. Can anyone confirm if this is a known issue with the 2000 Chevy K2500's fuel level sensor circuit or whether there could be an underlying wiring or grounding problem?
