2000 Buick Park Ave Not Starting with Only U1000 Diagnostic Code

My 2000 Buick Park Ave is displaying a U1000 diagnostic code, and no other additional codes are present. I recently replaced the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor and all spark coils. However, there is no spark detected when using a spark plug tester—both plugs and wires have been replaced. My father-in-law and I have exhausted our troubleshooting options. Can anyone provide insight or suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Did you replace the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor? If so, did you perform a CKP relearn procedure after installation? Are fuel injectors receiving 12 volts with key-on engine-off (KOEO)? Is there absolutely no spark across all six cylinders? Try removing one coil and check for 12 volts on the connector during KOEO—this can help isolate whether the issue is in the ignition system or elsewhere.
