P0171, P0174, P0102 Fault Codes on 1999 Windstar LX 3.8L - Low Fuel Efficiency and Diagnosis Tips
The check engine light is on, and I'm seeing three diagnostic trouble codes: P0171 (System Too Lean Bank 1), P0174 (System Too Lean Bank 2), and P0102 (Mass Airflow Sensor Circuit Low). Fuel efficiency has dropped dramatically to just 12 mpg. I recently cleaned the MAF sensor using an electronic cleaner, but the issue persists.
