My 1999 Honda Accord EX is displaying check engine light with fault code P1167 and flash code 41. According to the OEM definition, this indicates a problem with the Primary Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater System for No. 1 sensor. I have already replaced the oxygen sensor, but the issue persists. I'm experiencing the exact same problem. I've replaced my O2 sensor twice, swapped out the MAP sensor, and performed a full tune-up with no improvement. Does anyone have a reliable solution for this P1167 code on a 1999 Honda Accord EX?

Double-check the part installation—did you actually install an oxygen sensor or an air/fuel ratio sensor? These are different components and can lead to misdiagnosis if mixed up.
