P0440 Evap Emissions Code, 1999 Chevy Blazer

the gas cap is tight, but i'm not sure where or if the leak is. i'm also experiencing some drivability problems, chugging and hard starting, i'm wondering about the O2 sensor, but there is no code, any ideas?

Check the EVAP system for leaks in the hoses in the engine room and all the way back o the gas tank. There should be a diagram in the engine room (radiator support, etc.). Good luck and keep us posted.

Yeah what ^ he said. That codes means the EVAP system isn't sealed during the self test. Means there's a pretty big leak. The Vent valve could be sticking open from dirt(Big issue if you're driving in dusty conditions) Lots of potential prob. here.
