Hi everyone, I'm having a serious issue with my 1998 Toyota Harrier. The engine light is flashing, and the onboard diagnostic system has displayed code 18 (P1800). My car now lacks power completely — it only reaches a maximum speed of 60 mph after about three minutes of acceleration. I'm not sure what this code means or how to fix it.
