1998 Chevrolet Lumina P0303 Fault Code: Diagnosis and Repair Guidance

I've performed an ignition test and compression test on cylinder #3 (cylinder 185), and have replaced the spark plugs. Currently, cylinder #3 appears wet, which is indicating a possible fuel leak. Based on this observation, I suspect a faulty fuel injector. Any expert input or troubleshooting tips for resolving P0303 in a 1998 Chevrolet Lumina would be greatly appreciated.
