1998 Chevrolet K3500 7.4L Dually Won't Start with P1351 and P1351P Fault Codes
I own a 1998 Chevrolet K3500 7.4L diesel dually that will not start. The only diagnostic trouble code (DTC) detected is P1351 and P1351P. I've already replaced the Ignition Control Module (ICM) twice, the fuel pump, and confirmed fuel pressure at 60 psi — which is within specifications. Compression readings across all cylinders are consistently around 130 psi, indicating good cylinder integrity. I have also replaced both the crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor, as well as the ignition coil, rotor, and distributor cap. Spark testing shows excellent results with precise timing. The truck unexpectedly shut off while driving with no warning signs. It currently has approximately 225,000 miles on the odometer. Despite extensive repairs, I'm still unable to get it started. Any insight into what might be causing P1351 and P1351P codes in this setup would be greatly appreciated.
