P0133 Fault in 1998 Ford Windstar 3.8L - Diagnosis and Repair Tips

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing a P0133 diagnostic code on my 1998 Ford Windstar with a 3.8L engine. I've already cleaned the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor and replaced the oxygen sensor on Bank 1. The check engine light comes on after approximately 90 miles of driving. I'm looking for advice on possible root causes or further troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. Thanks, Jim.
