Hello! I'm experiencing a recurring P1151 fault code on my 1998 Ford F150 with the 4.6L engine, currently at 86,000 miles. I've already replaced the upstream O2 sensor, original equipment (OE) spark plugs, ignition wires, and the fuel filter. The truck now shows a slight hesitation during acceleration.
