I'm experiencing a persistent P1351 code on my 1998 Chevrolet 1500, which is preventing the truck from starting. I've already replaced all electrical components including ignition coils, wire caps, rotor, and even the ECU due to previous transmission shifting issues. The P1351 code appeared before the ECU replacement. Recently, I discovered that my ignition switch housing is cracked. Could this be directly causing the starting problem? I'm looking for confirmation on whether a damaged ignition switch can trigger this fault code or prevent engine startup.

Hello, I have a similar issue with my 1997 Chevrolet K1500 5.7L. After checking fuel pressure, it starts at 50 psi but then fluctuates between 10 and 50 psi. This should be stable around 50 psi — is this normal? Could the fluctuations be related to a failing fuel pump or delivery issue?
