1998 Toyota Camry 2.5L Misfire: P0302, P0304, and P0306 Codes Only - Front Cylinder Issues

Model: 1998 2.5 Fault Code: P0302 Posted: 2015-07-13 23:07

My 1998 2.5L engine is showing only P0302, P0304, and P0306 diagnostic trouble codes, indicating misfires in the front cylinders. The issue appears to be isolated to cylinder 2, 4, and 6 (front bank). I'm looking for possible causes such as faulty spark plugs, ignition coil problems, or fuel delivery issues specific to these cylinders. Any insights on how to diagnose or fix this would be greatly appreciated.

For a 1998 Toyota Camry with the 2.5L engine, P0302, P0304, and P0306 codes pointing to front cylinder misfires could be due to worn spark plugs, failing ignition coils, or clogged fuel injectors in those cylinders. Check each cylinder's spark plug condition and test the corresponding ignition coil for proper resistance and function. Also ensure fuel pressure is within range.
