1997 Nissan Quest P0325 Code: Engine Won't Start Despite Spark and Normal Operation
Hello everyone. My 1997 Nissan Quest was running perfectly fine until I pulled into a gas station. After shutting off the engine, refueling, and attempting to restart, the van would not start at all. It turns over smoothly and shows spark from the coil, but it simply doesn't attempt to start—no sound, no movement. I borrowed a code reader, which displayed P032
Hi everyone. I'm experiencing a similar issue with my 1997 Nissan Quest. The vehicle was running normally before I stopped at the gas station. After refueling and trying to restart, it wouldn't start—only turning over with no ignition attempt. Spark is present from the coil, but the engine fails to fire. A code reader shows P0325, which indicates a knock sensor fault. I'm confused because if the knock sensor were faulty, shouldn't the engine at least try to start? This seems inconsistent with typical behavior.
