My 1997 Ford Ranger 3.0L automatic transmission truck is displaying trouble code P1633. Additionally, the vehicle fails inspection due to multiple emissions monitor errors: oxygen sensor not ready, hot oxygen sensor not ready, EGR not ready, catalyst not ready, and EVAP system not ready. This is my son's truck, and I need it repaired before he starts school. Any guidance on diagnosing or fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

The only reported code is P1633 — this may indicate a KAM (Kamper Adaptive Module) computer memory issue. I also notice that the emissions monitors are not activated. To help narrow down troubleshooting, could you confirm: have you ever disconnected the battery? Is the vehicle stock with no aftermarket modifications like remote starters or alarms? Are there any known charging system or battery problems? Have you checked the fuses and tested relevant circuits using a test light?
