1996 Chrysler Sebring P1389 Diagnostic Trouble Code - Won't Start After Replacing ECU and Sensors

I recently replaced the engine control unit (ECU), ignition coil, crankshaft position sensor, and all associated tune-up components. Despite these repairs, my 1996 Chrysler Sebring still won't start and only responds to ether. The onboard diagnostic system shows trouble codes P1389, P0118, P0122, and P0106. I took the vehicle to a local Chrysler dealership, but they charged over $500 for diagnosis and repair—feeling it was unnecessary or inflated. Can anyone provide insight into what these codes mean and how to resolve them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
