I own a 1996 Honda DelSol equipped with a 1.6L SOHC VTEC engine. The vehicle is displaying a P1382 diagnostic code, which indicates an issue with the oxygen sensor heater circuit. I recently replaced the distributor with a HD80U model, but the P1382 code persists and will not clear from the ECU. The part number on the ECM has been erased, making it difficult to identify or replace the correct component. Can anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Is there a known replacement part number for the ECM in this model year? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
