I'm experiencing P1362 and P1253 diagnostic trouble codes on my 1996 Honda Accord with a 2.2-liter 4-cylinder engine. The vehicle will not rev past 3,000 RPM under load, and it has become slightly harder to start since the codes appeared. While the car runs smoothly at lower speeds and shows no noticeable performance issues otherwise, this limitation is concerning. What could be causing these symptoms? I suspect a sensor or fuel system issue related to the engine management system.
