2009 Dodge Journey 3.5L - P0765 Fault Code: UD Solenoid Circuit Issue

I've thoroughly checked all wiring connections, replaced the solenoid pack, but the problem persists. The vehicle feels like it's missing power, and the service engine light activates before triggering limp mode. Despite these efforts, the P0765 diagnostic code continues to appear.
