2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT P0017 Code - After Replacing Timing Components and Sensors

I have replaced all three sprockets, timing chain, tensioner, guides, performed an oil change, installed new AC Delco spark plugs, cam position sensor, cam solenoid, and crankshaft position sensor. Despite these comprehensive repairs, the vehicle continues to display the P0017 diagnostic trouble code. I'm seeking advice on possible causes or next steps to resolve this issue in my 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT.
