2006 Ford F250 6.0L Engine No Start: P0113, P0480, P0683, P2623, P2285 - ICP 300psi, IPR 82.5, Starts with 12V but Runs Rough

Model: 06 F250 6.0L Fault Code: P0113 Posted: 2016-11-18 19:08

I recently replaced the 6.0L engine in my 2006 Ford F250 after a cracked injector tip caused cylinder failure. After completing all system connections—including priming both the oil and fuel systems—I attempted to start the truck, but it will not start. The vehicle is displaying multiple diagnostic trouble codes: P0113, P0480, P0683, P2623, and P2285. I've verified that all sensors and components are properly connected. The ICP sensor reads only 300 psi, while the IPR valve shows a reading of 82.5. When I apply 12 volts directly to the IPR solenoid, the truck starts but runs very roughly. Clearing the codes allows me to start the engine again, but all the same codes return immediately. This behavior suggests a persistent issue—could it be related to a faulty wire harness? Are there known compatibility or grounding issues with aftermarket wiring in 6.0L F250s after engine replacement?
