2005 Dodge Grand Caravan P0562 and P0700 Fault: Engine Won't Start, Gear Shift Misreading

My 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan has developed two diagnostic trouble codes: P0562 and P0700. The vehicle will not start despite the engine turning over. The gear shift indicator incorrectly shows 'Reverse' when the vehicle is actually in 'Park'. The transmission system fails to detect gear position changes, which contributes to the starting issue. I suspect a sensor or control module problem related to these codes.
