2003 Dodge Dakota P0700, P0732, and P0733 Codes - Limp Mode, Gear Shocks, High RPM in Park/Neutral
I own a 2003 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab with a 4.7L engine. While driving, my truck entered limp mode and triggered transmission fault codes P0700, P0732, and P0733. I had the transmission fluid drained, replaced all filters, and installed new speed sensors and governor sensor. After the work, the issue persists. The vehicle now exhibits a loud banging noise when shifting into gear, with RPMs spiking up to nearly 2,000 RPM while in park or neutral. Once shifted into gear, RPMs drop to normal. I'm seeking advice on how to resolve this issue—any insights would be greatly appreciated.
