I've researched the PO453 diagnostic code for my 2003 Buick Rendezvous, but I'm wondering if this could also be causing erratic fuel gauge readings—showing low fuel one moment and full another. Additionally, where is the Fuel Temperature Sensor (FTP) located in this model?

The Fuel Temperature Sensor (FTP) is typically located within the fuel pump module. A faulty or loose connection could trigger the PO453 code and may also cause inconsistent fuel gauge behavior, especially if wiring harnesses are damaged where they pass through the floor pan.
