Musk is mind numbingly dumb.

Thanks! So assuming owner’s hiring out their Tesla’s for more than their lease payments and these (or the cyber cabs) are one day able to run autonomously and they do 10-20 rides say, how will it charge itself autonomously and where will the infrastructure be for that? That’s the analyst question I’d ask rather than the vague ones posed…

You don’t go and start asking insightful questions if you want to be allowed on the next Tesla earnings call.

I thought it was interesting how often he hinted at there being supply chain breakdown due to geopolitical risk. I can't tell if that is a way to pump his stock, or a real thing that he thinks is going to happen

There will be OptimUS robots along the roads with battery backpacks to charge the cars.

They could also be the safety monitor too! Problem solved - I’m a genius! Mind you, you the Optimus robot might also need a human safety monitor too… damn

Funny how after every call, one usually feels a bit dumber for the experience of listening to Elon sit and tell lie after lie for the entire time and no one ever call him out on his bs...then even worse is reading the TesBro influencers shortly after hail the call as a "revolution" and "ground breaking"

If the cars could make more money doing autonomous rideshares than the consumer lease payments to own one, why would Tesla even bother selling them to consumers? It’s the same as paying for “guaranteed” investment advice- if it worked, the person would be making that investment quietly and not selling a “class” to the public
