So if I'm understanding this correctly the judge may have used AI - that misinterpreted a previous case - to rule in Elon's favor? If so, can this be appealed?

That's more or less what it looks like. The article doesn't mention that there are two problematic cites. The made up quote is only one of them. And the judge refused to fix the first one after I made him aware of it, which is...unusual. I've already filed a motion for reconsideration. Those usually get denied. That the judge refused to fix it is pretty damning and points to corruption. We know Elon is a fraud. Of course he’s not above bribing judges.
