And Tesla board asking to pay Elon 1 Tr seems like this is all a scam

ShotBandicoot7 2025-11-05 19:54

Good for another 5% pump day. Elon‘s AI is used to prop up the stock lol.

BringBackUsenet 2025-11-05 19:56

Ausgezeichnet!

Ok-Caterpillar9092 2025-11-05 19:57

Tesla sold only 750 vehicles in Germany in October. That’s absolutely ridiculous, especially considering the immoral compensation package the rocket man wants to grant himself.

y4udothistome 2025-11-05 20:01

Yeah. What he said

[deleted] 2025-11-05 20:04

So give him a trillion dollars then?

Chemical-Idea-1294 2025-11-05 20:04

Tesla has a market share of 3.9% in the german EV-market in 2025, placing it 8th. At it seems like Volkswagen sold more EVs in October than Tesla in the whole year. But of course it is only because people hold on with their orders and wait for the refreshed Model Y... But wait, despite the refresh sales are down.

BringBackUsenet 2025-11-05 20:11

Fahrvergnügen.

BringBackUsenet 2025-11-05 20:12

1,333,333,333.33 per car.

[deleted] 2025-11-05 20:13

That seems fair 😆

EarthConservation 2025-11-05 20:37

Uh oh... spaghetiios. Let me guess, stock up on the news? \*checks\* Yep... it's up! lol. Like I've been saying, Tesla's stock is not based on their actual performance. It's based on market dynamics with regards to Tesla's weighting in the index funds, and the dynamic of a lot of big shareholders who are not actively trading their stock, as well as a lot of cult-like buy and hold forever retail traders, and manipulation in the form of gigantic call option purchases that forces the options writers (market makers) to buy the underlying stock, forcing price up, squeezing the shorts, forcing index funds to re-weight Tesla stock heavier and buy more shares. It's all connected together, and it's all resulting in Tesla stock seemingly defying gravity. Like I keep saying, Tesla stock won't dump until the market dumps. If the market dumps, Tesla stock will underperform the index by at least double, the same way it did in early 2025. The stock market dropped 21%... Tesla dropped 56%. That's how it works. The stock is built like a house of cards and always has been. Shake the tree (the market) and the house of cards collapses. Then they go back up and you see the process repeats again. Tesla's valuation has almost nothing to do with their car sales. They could literally see their car sales drop to zero... and it would have minimal impact on the stock. Just so long as people keep cramming all of their savings into index funds, which boosts the heaviest weighted stocks.

EarthConservation 2025-11-05 20:45

Don't even need to say "seems like" anymore. If Musk is involved, it absolutely is a scam. For as crazy as that pay package is... I just read another Tesla investor sub... one might say the main tesla investor sub... and the shareholders are being awfully defensive of the pay package. Shitting on people who say they voted no. No voters are being told to sell their stock, or being questioned whether they even own stock. (Even though they... uhh... can't vote without stock...)

InvisibleBlueRobot 2025-11-05 20:46

I know what is being said, but this is an oddly phrased title.

InvisibleBlueRobot 2025-11-05 21:07

You forget that cars are so "2024". Tesla has moved onto robotaxi's and robots. At least if you pay him 1 Trillion dollars. Otherwise he will tank his own networth by 80%, just to fuck every investor who ever believed in him. That my friend is true leadership. And passion. You can't buy that ... for less than $1,000,000,000,000. Also, the lack of car sales is a good thing. Now Musk and Tesla have less auto sales to lose in the future, since he looked strategically into the future as (3D Chess players tend to do) and decided to lose out on these sales right now, before anyone else could lose out on them. He didn't want his stock to become overpriced. Visionary. Musk's most optimistic guess is that he will have 420 billion robots folding your laundry and taking out trash by September 2025. I am pretty sure Musk can achieve it. Or maybe it was 1 million robots by Jun 2030. Or perhaps it was 2045. Doesn't matter. Details are for pedos. The future is now and therefore dates, details and numbers don't matter. And neither do todays earnings or stock price. Current P/E ratio =309. /S, but also kind of true in spirit.

hocuspocus4201 2025-11-05 21:20

Very bullish! New all time high coming for Tesla /s

Swagi666 2025-11-05 21:31

Well - it’s pretty simple. Their cars have subjective flaws that leave them behind their competition. We were in the market recently, we test drove Model 3. We were on the brink of ordering it. Absolutely loved the drive. Then I took a look at the trunk. Gosh. Big shoutout to Firat - the Tesla rep - we came in the next day with a usual standard 12-bottle water crate to test the car again. Well - ordered the Mercedes CLA right after trying to get that thing in the trunk without cursing. On every other checkbox apart from charging curve we were on the brink of ordering the 3 - but that trunk design killed it. The competition really heated up. There are plenty of options if you start looking around.

No sales in Turkey in October 2025. Grünheide must be silent with no orders coming in.

Affectionate-Sink721 2025-11-05 22:56

You know this means stock going up! Tesla is Tesla short etf.

CRXCRZ 2025-11-05 23:14

"750"

[deleted] 2025-11-05 23:43

Robots are so last month. Tesla is now a sex toy manufacturer that makes dildos with built-in AI.

InvisibleBlueRobot 2025-11-05 23:50

There is actually a very robust market for this...

InvisibleBlueRobot 2025-11-05 23:52

Now its jet powered rocket dildos. They fly around and fuck you autonomously.

[deleted] 2025-11-06 00:13

> Now its jet powered rocket dildos > Its just amazing how fast they pivot to new markets. Rocket dildos open an entirely new market, because they can be sold to aliens on the entire galaxy. \+3000% stock price tomorrow due to this

[deleted] 2025-11-06 00:15

>But of course it is only because people hold on with their orders and wait for the refreshed Model Y... But wait, despite the refresh sales are down. Oh, havent you heard? The new excuse is that Tesla cant produce cars fast enough to cover the demand, because buyers are waiting in line to buy them. Must really suck for Tesla that Gigafactory Berlin for some reason is only able to produce 50% of the Model Y they could last year.

craighall56 2025-11-06 01:03

No wonder the stock is up big today-Wtf

FrogmanKouki 2025-11-06 01:22

But the lower sales mean the German factory can supply more months worth of cars without any line upgrades

Longjumping-Store106 2025-11-06 02:03

I bet he did Nazi that coming.

techbunnyboy 2025-11-06 02:31

Who the hell is still buying?

ryan_dfs 2025-11-06 02:35

It’s going to be funny how many people turn on him when the share price falls off a cliff. Elon desn’t give a fuck about anyone but himself. For some reason people defend the guy like they’re on his payroll or something. It’s bizarre.  Dude comes from a family that owned an emerald mine, isn’t an engineer, isn’t a founder, and has been coasting for the last 5 years not working on anything besides the failed Cybertruck. Rode government subsidies to a massive fortune that is now going to substantially erode unless the government he bought in the last election continues to let him get away with fraud

ryan_dfs 2025-11-06 02:37

If their car sales go to zero, the stock goes zero because the company is bankrupt. Elon also gets margin called long before bankruptcy because he has to atart liquidating. That will cause a cascade of selling

FriedenshoodHoodlum 2025-11-06 08:03

Please elaborate. There's no fucking way you do not get that in there easily unless the car is literally not designed to be used the way a car that size is commonly used. I drive a really small compact and that crate of water is no issue unless I got someone in the rear bench which I never got as it is too small for anything other than children.

Swagi666 2025-11-06 08:24

Open up the trunk lid. See that the rear window/panoramic roof ends right at bumper level. See that you have to insert you luggage by pushing it through rather than putting it down. If you are happy with that kind of movement go for the 3. I heavily disliked „shoving my luggage in a mouth like opening with no headspace“ movement but your preference may be different. My personal experience I wanted to share that I don’t settle for inefficient/nasty luggage procedures when there are better alternatives on the market. If you haven’t already tested that go to a Tesla rep and check the Model 3 trunk with a fully loaded 12kg water crate and then let’s have this conversation again. We actually really considered the Y over the 3 because of the trunk access.

Swagi666 2025-11-06 08:25

To clarify - the crate easily fits but getting it into the trunk is an annoyance in contrast to other cars.

[deleted] 2025-11-06 08:51

I am very proud of my country:))

FriedenshoodHoodlum 2025-11-06 10:33

I see. I thought it was sind dumb shenanigans like having a really big car and truck lid that however opens to a rather small trunk hole. Something dumb. Nah, I'm getting a Mazda 3, I think. Would never but a Tesla, even if we had charging infrastructure in Germany lol.

Krieg 2025-11-06 12:42

750 cars in October is still 750 cars too much. But yes, Germany is going in the good direction.

Engunnear 2025-11-06 14:41

>For some reason people defend the guy like they’re on his payroll or something. I mean... if you're a stockholder, you effectively *are* on his payroll.

EarthConservation 2025-11-06 16:03

I was being facetious, but there is some truth in the statement. Every good joke has to have a little truth involved... The company has $42 billion of cash on hand. Nearly as much as Ford's entire market cap. They have all of their factory assets and electric vehicle IP that could be sold off. They have loads of employees they could lay off and get off their books. You'd be amazed at how long a company with this much cash could stay afloat... And no doubt they'd still be touting that their vaporware is just another year away to keep investors locked into the stock and the stock price inflated. Plus there's the market dynamics at work. So long as their weighting remains high in the S&P 500, and so long as investors with nothing better to do with their money keep jamming it into index funds, Tesla stock will remain high. What happens if cash starts to run low in the future, even though the company's cut most of its costs? Simple... Musk claims another world disrupting product that's only a year away, and when that year is up... it's closer than ever and will be done by the end of that year... and then the next... and then the next. etc... No doubt he'd come up with this product idea the same way he comes up with all his ideas; he stays up late watching sci-fi movies... maybe "Multiplicity" because maybe he loves him some Michael Keaton.. and suddenly the next day Musk announces Tesla is working on cloning technology that's just "One Year Away and will be worth $10 Trillion!". Tesla then sells additional shares into hype, generating cash flow. Voila. Or maybe they just start taking out more low interest bank loans. Maybe they shake down investment banks for more investments who are highly vested into Musk's conglomerate, and serve to lose an enormous amount of money if his conglomerate were to decline in any significant way. I mean... I really don't think many people understand just how unscrupulous Elon Musk is, and just what he's willing to lie about to stay on top...

ryan_dfs 2025-11-06 21:15

Book value per share is $25 for context. The rest of the difference between that and the current share price is essentially speculation/hope.

Musk is a genius like John Law was, Tesla is the new Mississippi Company.
