Yes it's one of the two proposals the board is doing to the shareholders to give shares to Elon Musk. To be honest proposal 4 for the shares worth a trillion dollar is a better deal than proposal 3 which is just giving Elon Musk 208 million shares with him doing nothing for it. 208 million shares is worth about 60 billion dollars.

I have a bridge to sell to anyone that thinks the value of Tesla will be worth more than the combined GDP of Germany and the UK by 2030. That $1T package is tied to Tesla growing to be worth more more than two entire countries combined - or it will be worth roughly 1/3 of the entirety of the US GDP. Just more headlines to pump the stock.

Short ratio is low unlike before. It's the index balancing thing so tesla is being pushed to maintain weight.  Q1 they're bound to make loss on negative eps. Especially when cfo said if orders aren't placed by august there's is little guarantee of delivery. But plenty of stock available.
