Generally it occurs on parasympathomimetic drugs like MDMA, Amphetamine (Of various kinds, Vyvanase, Adderall, Dexedrine), Methylphenidate, Cocaine or Methamphetamine. Not sure why it happens on a dissociative like Ketamine however.
