No you see all the Tesla fanbois claim its due to deliveries being different in different countries or some such.

Puzzleheaded_Ad8032 2025-06-25 08:55

Gonna laugh so hard when this bubble bursts. Not going to feel remotely sorry for the bagholders losing their pensions.

PresidentSpanky 2025-06-25 09:02

But Tesla is counting photons

MJFields 2025-06-25 09:05

Yeah, listening to them tell us we're idiots for questioning the sanity of valuing a fraudulent company with shrinking sales at 177X earnings has been most irritating.

atpplk 2025-06-25 09:13

I don't have an ounce of sympathy for them. They are financing a nazi and are really happy about that. They deserve what is coming, 100%. And they should be happy we live in a timeline where we don't shoot nazis in the head anymore.

NotFromMilkyWay 2025-06-25 09:20

45 % drop for the first half of the year. EV market overall is up 25 % in the same period. So Tesla is actually selling 65 % less. They are completely done in Europe.

Lonely_Refuse4988 2025-06-25 09:24

You mean 40% drop in May 2025, compared to May 2024? In this insane upside down market, that’s worth another 10% pump!! The Tesla and Elon fanbois view the company as a futuristic AI company rather than a car company, so they don’t even care about car sales metrics anymore! They honestly believe the company will sell trillions in robots and make insane money on fully autonomous robotaxis. Despite fact that both of those are remotely controlled by humans! 😂🤣🤷‍♂️

FullTimeFraud 2025-06-25 09:29

No bro trust me the instant they get the ~~fsd~~ ~~cybertrucks~~ ~~robotaxi~~ robots working Tesla is going to the moon!!!

CompoteDeep2016 2025-06-25 09:45

market share 2024 was 2% overall in europe. now they have 1% marketshare for all sold vehicles in the first five months. for all regular companies this would be a death sentence that their businessmodel is over. its dead. thats it. finito!

Few-Piano-4967 2025-06-25 09:58

But the robotaxi!

Apart_Expert_5551 2025-06-25 10:04

Nazi's destroyed Europe and is scary for Europeans to support a CEO who makes nazi salutes and support right wing parties in Europe. I don't see how anyone could buy a Tesla in good conscious

Wolf_Cola_91 2025-06-25 10:11

How much of this is due to Musks behaviour compared to more choice in EVs?  Ancecdontally, I saw a used long range 2021 model 3 for under £14k recently and was tempted.  For a fast charging car with 300 miles of range and 4 seconds 0-60 that is a very good price.  Everyone I mentioned it to said some variation of Tesla being cringe or not wanting to be seen in one.

deco19 2025-06-25 10:22

The rotating grift is so obvious right now surely even a dumb cultist would acknowledge its all about line go up.

zedk47 2025-06-25 10:24

Tesla fan boys will cherry pick and say sales are up in [insert small European country] on [pick YoY, MoM or whatever convenient period]

richardbaxter 2025-06-25 10:24

It's so weird that the price keeps going up. Is an affiliate of some sort secretly hiding a gigantic amount of leveraged buys?! Some sort of artificial inflation?

wlowry77 2025-06-25 10:26

There are some pretty good deals out there. I think it’s a combination of huge amounts of Model 3’s being sold on lease as much as any negative reasons!

SnooSprouts4376 2025-06-25 10:55

Insurance on EVs I read last year in the UK rose massively which could be a factor.. https://www.theguardian.com/money/2023/sep/30/the-quotes-were-5000-or-more-electric-vehicle-owners-face-soaring-insurance-costs

luv2block 2025-06-25 10:58

That article sucks balls. Here's a [reuter's one] (https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/teslas-european-sales-slump-fifth-month-ev-rivals-gain-momentum-2025-06-25/) with far better data. Tesler is crashing mostly due to Chinese EVs and hybrid EVs. How much of it is Elon (which I'm sure is some of it) is unclear. Even if everyone loved Elon, Tesler would still be fucked because the Chinese are going to own the EV market; the only way to stop them is to literally keep them out of your car market (and you can't do that forever). The Chinese have FSD as well (just as unreliable I think), but they give it away for free with the car. Anyway, Musk was always right that without true FSD, Tesler will ultimately be worth nothing. We're just starting to see their market share and profit margins erode, exactly what you'd expect.

analyticaljoe 2025-06-25 11:12

ABT (Anything but Tesla) for me.

Moist_Farmer3548 2025-06-25 11:20

40%/60%. Teslas increasingly have an image problem... Not just Musk, but they are becoming viewed as a car for old people and Uber drivers. They're not "cool" any more.  But I would say a crucial factor is how far behind they are falling, very rapidly. They may be ahead on some things, like how the software operates, but that gap is closing, whereas just about anything else comparable on the market is miles ahead in other domains.

Additional-Flan1281 2025-06-25 12:07

Same happened with solarpanels.

DescendedTestes 2025-06-25 12:26

Don’t underestimate the ignorance in today’s society. 80% of them probably didn’t pay attention during history class.

szornyu 2025-06-25 12:29

Hehehe, tesla became a conservative status symbol, but this can't save it .... I'm glad I managed to make some profit on the shares, and sold them the moment fElon Musk swinged his arm to his demise...

mojojojomu 2025-06-25 12:35

It's ridiculous how long this house of cards has defied physics. You can only ride on blind hope for so long but I think a point of reckoning will come sooner than later. Their robotaxi launch has been rocky at best and just reiterates that they aren't anywhere near waymo with fsd and won't be a threat to their market dominance anytime soon.

DreadpirateBG 2025-06-25 12:35

And what are they doing about it. Are they addressing concerns with the Cybertruck. Are they distancing themselves from Elons nutcase rants and posts. Or are they just putting their heads in the sand.

luv2block 2025-06-25 12:42

Are they cheap now? In Canada I find they are still expensive, but I don't track it closely.

Stellardong 2025-06-25 12:59

Where do you think denholmhs hundreds of millions go

Relative_Drop3216 2025-06-25 12:59

Stocks going to pump. Its opposite year. Bad news is good mews

Stellardong 2025-06-25 13:00

Teslas are still cool among kids apparently

atpplk 2025-06-25 13:12

They sell infinitely more cars than in May 1925 !

thebaldfox 2025-06-25 13:13

The panels are cheap thanks to Chinese development, it's the installation and warranty cost that makes it so expensive here in the Americas.

thebaldfox 2025-06-25 13:14

r/kidsarefuckingstupid

zedk47 2025-06-25 13:15

Bullish!

SuperF91EX 2025-06-25 13:20

The deliveries are in metric, so you don’t understand.

genartist8 2025-06-25 13:21

Tesla stock poses for another 10% gain

Stellardong 2025-06-25 13:25

💯

CompoteDeep2016 2025-06-25 14:17

Yeah Ai and robotics with 0 products. So it's basically a start up with a trillion dollar valuation. Sounds about right

[deleted] 2025-06-25 14:23

[deleted]

CompoteDeep2016 2025-06-25 14:26

Hmmm yeah I mean why not. Musk said tesla will be worth more than the next five biggest companies in the world. As he always states the truth and achieves what he promises you might be right

Significant_Link_103 2025-06-25 15:53

Well now they’re building the biggest battery company in the world in China.   So that should prop it up for another couple of months

Samjamesjr 2025-06-25 16:11

More!! Wtf is Europe doing buying any of these anymore? You guys are making some excellent EVs now. Kick this shitbox manufacturer to the curb.

[deleted] 2025-06-25 16:27

I feel like we are going to see a narrative shift to robots any day now. They have laid the ground work for their next hype cycle. Robotaxi flops? No big deal, we have robots coming early next year that will do everything for you and everyone! 100trillion dollar company. I am hopeful that enough people see the truth that the house of cards finally fall. But I'm not holding my breath.

vietomatic 2025-06-25 16:42

Once Optimus is in full production, each Optimus will buy a Tesla to drive it, so you will see sales rise.

[deleted] 2025-06-25 17:09

Tesla sales down, share price goes up....

LLMprophet 2025-06-25 17:13

Each Optimus driver will need 3 human safety wardens to prevent the Tesla from causing accidents.

HanzJWermhat 2025-06-25 17:15

This is good for Tesla, calls it is! Now they can focus fully on delivering the robotaxi vision /s

zkareface 2025-06-25 17:35

I think VW group took most of Teslas customers, not Chinese brands. Teslas are expensive in EU, they compete with VW, audi, merc, BMW, Volvo in price. Tesla just compete with China on quality and brand status.  Companies are dropping Tesla fast and placing big orders of id3, id4 and id7.

Big_footed_hobbit 2025-06-25 19:06

Actually you less Tesla on the road now and more and more from other brands. Some undistinguishable from regular ice cars.

rarflye 2025-06-25 20:46

But guys you don't understand, Norway! People are buying in Norway! So it's actually good

richardbaxter 2025-06-25 22:06

Honestly I have no idea - is that a thing?

daveo18 2025-06-25 23:22

Only 40%?

echoingElephant 2025-06-26 06:42

Some fanboy told me that data of vehicle registrations wasn’t valid, and that I should provide global data of all the vehicles Tesla sold - which I obviously can’t do since Tesla don’t release that kind of data, which that fanboy considered a win. All while they tried to use an AI search saying „Posts on X indicate…“ about the impact of factory shutdowns on the production. You can’t argue with these people.

gwenver 2025-06-26 09:32

Think history is more appreciated in Europe. The Nazis make up a big part of the syllabus in the UK. Probably the same in many other EU countries.

elev8dity 2025-06-27 16:12

Grok does exist, I don’t really know how it compares with other LLMs though, and i think it’s all a bubble

CompoteDeep2016 2025-06-27 18:30

Grok is the product of a different company... Has nothing to do with tesla
