It's the gantry for (I assume) one of the main cranes for moving assembly equipment on the floor of a factory. It's not used for normal operation, just maintenance ones. Usually the first equipment that goes in, as it is required for installation of almost everything else.
I know the people who install these for them. It’s really a great team.
