This is much needed. The drive back and forth to the Warminster location is getting very tiresome and a waste of 4+ hours for me each time. Although, the service at that location has been great.

Been sitting here for 3 hours for a diagnostic since there’s no loaners while being left in the dark with no communication with my new ETA being 2PM and my appointment was 9:30AM and I’m only here for road noise which I imagine is gonna be a control arm. I think this place needs like 6-8 months before it becomes even slightly better should have waited for an appointment at the Springfield service center so much better would of been in a loaner and home LONG TIME AGO

Yea unfortunate they dont have any loaners yet! I had to make arrentments to borrow a family members car for my appointment next week. I suspect it will also need a control arm (damn 2020-2022 model 3/y issues)
