For your information once you upgrade, there's no going back to the old horn sound.
I love the customization on Tesla's, but I'm not sure how I feel about this, the horn sounds to me like what an emergency vehicle would use to clear the way and I feel it could create confusion.

Manitoba's specifically prohibits "siren-like sounds". Does the new horn sound like a "siren"? What qualifies as a "siren"? It’s also super quiet. No one is hearing that with road noise and music going. I hate it.

It’s opt-in. You get a notification in your tesla app inbox if you want to make the change if you have an older cybertruck. It says its permanent though. As I understand it, it will disable the ability to use the physical horn and only play this new sound via the pedestrian warning system instead.
Since the update mine has no sound. I saw it online the first day but then it disappeared. Maybe everyone’s but mine fixed

It sounds like the Firetruck horns in Missouri, that’s a problem.
