Cybertruck autopark update finally being pushed

Jaybizzle98 | 2024-09-23 20:31 | 147 views

After a few weeks of waiting (and months of waiting for any auto-drive features😂), seems that Tesla is finally pushing out the autopark Cybertruck update (2024.32.5.3) to the masses. I saw this morning as well that FSD 12.5.4 is being tested that added the “hand free with sunglasses” feature as well as updates to A.S.S., so hopefully next on their list is full FSD for Cybertruck!

I just got it too

Oh well. You heard it anyways.

I used autopark a few times on 5.2 and got 5.3 this afternoon. I used it once this evening and… it autoparked just like 5.2. Unclear what may have changed as I wasn’t on 5.2 long enough.

I'd feel very weary about auto-parking that big mfer.

No A.S.S. Yet

It works great! I tried it out in a parking lot with no cars in it and it parked perfectly. Sometimes it backed up through the spot, and then straightened out. Other times it pulled in, and then pulled forward, adjusted, and then backed in a second time to nail the perfect alignment. It was basically perfect in all the tests I threw at it. Can’t wait for what is next!

Will this go forward into a spot? Because it has the front camera now?

Same. But wary too.

Does this have the hands free frunk or was that already in 5.2?

This one has to be nerve racking, considering a CT can easily rip a fender off the car next to you and you’ll probably barely notice it

Sounds exciting! Hopefullly, full FSD for the Cybertuck comes soon and parking becomes a breeze! 🚀

Not yet, they say they will be working on that in October.
