Well if you are trying to avoid light pollution use only down light and have it shielded so that that light is not going to the sky.

This one is probably ceramic coated. There’s dirt on the sides but the top is ultra shiny (no, not the glass). I ceramic coated my m3 and I’ve applied a few other cars and that’s the gloss you get from it. Very easy to clean too.
